Terms & Conditions — jilidemo Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the jilidemo platform (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the jilidemo Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. All of these documents form a single binding agreement between you and jilidemo ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have already registered, contact our support team at support@jilidemo to request account closure. Your continued use of any part of the jilidemo Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In any situation where a translation is provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The jilidemo Platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit funds, place bets, claim bonuses, or participate in any gaming activity on jilidemo. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion register or similar programme that would prohibit you from gambling online.
• You have not previously been excluded from the jilidemo Platform or had an account closed by the Company for a breach of these Terms.
• The funds you deposit are not derived from any criminal activity and are not being used for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• You understand that gambling involves a risk of losing money and accept that risk fully and voluntarily.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of services offered by jilidemo, including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals, you must complete the account registration process. You are permitted to hold only one registered account on the jilidemo Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and potential forfeiture of balances held therein.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information at all times and must promptly notify jilidemo of any changes by contacting support@jilidemo.

jilidemo operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. As part of this process, we may request one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photographic identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account holder name).
• Source of funds documentation where the volume of transactions warrants additional scrutiny.

Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. jilidemo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe or where documents submitted are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent with the information provided at registration.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jilidemo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Banglad eshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to your jilidemo account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account. If a deposit has not appeared within the stated processing window, please contact support@jilidemo with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. jilidemo does not transfer funds to payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. Verified accounts requesting withdrawal via bKash or Nagad typically receive funds within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings become withdrawable.
• jilidemo reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal request, regardless of whether full KYC was previously completed.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• The Company does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jilidemo offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses for new registrants, weekly cashback rewards, seasonal promotions, and tournament entry credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference.

Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses awarded on jilidemo:

• Bonuses are available to players who are 18 years of age or older and have a fully verified jilidemo account.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per payment method account.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated in the bonus-specific terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate. The exact contribution rates are displayed in the individual bonus terms.
• jilidemo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus has already been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirements remain in effect until they are satisfied or the bonus is forfeited.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and carry no monetary value outside the jilidemo Platform.
• The Company reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, low-risk hedging strategies, or any other behaviour intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games available on jilidemo are governed by the general rules set out in these Terms and by any game-specific or market-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule shall take precedence for the matter to which it specifically relates.

The following general betting and gaming rules apply across all products on jilidemo:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jilidemo does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the Platform, except where permitted by in-play cash-out functionality.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or within the game interface and may vary by game, market, and account status.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during a game session or bet placement, jilidemo will use all reasonable means to reconstruct the session from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the Company's decision on the outcome of the affected round or bet shall be final.
• Odds and game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each market and game. Live odds for cricket, football, and other sports are updated in real time and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
• jilidemo uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all slot and digital table games. Live casino games are streamed from certified studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.
• The Company reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was affected by an error, technical malfunction, data feed failure, or suspicious activity.

For cricket betting specifically, jilidemo follows international match result protocols as issued by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or the relevant franchise board for BPL). Where a match is abandoned, the settled outcome will follow the published rules for the specific market type. Players are encouraged to review cricket-specific rules within the sports betting section of their account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the jilidemo Platform are required to conduct themselves in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of balances, and/or referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, sport, or betting market available on the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform software. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited technical error are not payable and will be voided.
• Using chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or reversed transactions to reclaim deposited funds while retaining associated winnings or bonus credits.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information at any stage of the registration or KYC verification process.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other users.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through deposits, bets, or withdrawal requests on the Platform.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations in Bangladesh or any other relevant jurisdiction.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

jilidemo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by the Company.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the jilidemo Responsible Gaming programme.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request directing the Company to suspend or close the account.
• Where the Company determines that continuing to operate the account poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to the Platform.

Where an account is closed by jilidemo for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to the completion of any pending verification requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their own account may do so at any time by contacting the jilidemo support team via live chat or by emailing support@jilidemo. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of confirmation. jilidemo's liability to a player following account closure is limited to the return of any verified real-money balance as described above. The Company accepts no liability for any losses, missed winnings, or consequential damages arising from account suspension or closure where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms.
